Lou Venturin joined NLC on March 1st, 2020 as Legal Counsel and will provide legal support to both NLC and its ventures. Before joining NLC, she started her career as a lawyer at NautaDutilh in Luxembourg where she specialised in corporate, M&A, international structuration etc., and advised mostly US or EU based clients (listed companies, private equity and investment funds). She also spent 2 years working for the EY Law firm in New York where she has gained experience in legal project management and coordination of cross-border transactions for highly sophisticated multinational corporations and their cross border projects. She is business minded and a team player who aims to contribute her legal expertise to make a significant impact on healthcare.
